We work with both children and adults who need physiotherapy for recovery, mobility, pain relief, or ongoing support, especially those who find it difficult or inconvenient to travel.

Appointments & Booking
How do I book a session?
You can book via email, call us directly, or message us via WhatsApp.
What should I expect during my first visit?
The first session includes a full assessment of your condition, discussion of your goals, and a personalised treatment plan. Treatment often starts on the same day.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with us, though we’re happy to work alongside your GP or specialist if you prefer.
Treatment & Equipment
Do you bring equipment with you?
Yes, we bring all the necessary portable equipment (e.g., therapy bands,, small weights). If larger equipment is needed, we’ll advise you on suitable options for home use.
How long is a typical session?
Sessions usually last 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment plan.
Is home physiotherapy as effective as clinic-based treatment?
Yes! in many cases, it’s even more effective because exercises and advice are tailored to your actual living environment.

How much does a session cost?
Our pricing depends on the service and location. Please check our Fees page or contact us directly for details.
Do you accept health insurance?
-Many insurers cover physiotherapy. Please check with your provider. We can issue receipts/invoices for reimbursement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash.
Safety & Professional Standards
Are your physiotherapists qualified?
Yes, all our therapists are licensed, HCPC registered, and experienced in treating both children and adults.
What safety measures do you follow?
We maintain strict hygiene, use clean equipment, and follow professional health and safety protocols at every visit.
Can a parent or caregiver be present during treatment?
Absolutely — in fact, for paediatric sessions we encourage parent or caregiver involvement.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all physiotherapy sessions provided in a home setting by Physiofy London Ltd.
By booking a session, you agree to the terms & conditions below.
1. Service Provision

Physiotherapy will be provided by a qualified, HCPC and CSP-registered physiotherapist.

Sessions will take place in your home or another agreed location.

Each session will be tailored to your child’s needs following assessment.
2. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
-
A parent or legal guardian must be present during the entire session for children under 16, and available for children aged 16–17.

Please ensure a safe, hazard-free space is available for the session.
3. Session Length
-
Initial assessment sessions typically last up to 60 minutes.

Follow-up sessions typically last for 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on the package discussed and agreed based on clients' needs.
4. Fees & Payment

Session fees are agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

Payment is due prior to the sessions, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointment time and dates are confirmed only after payment is completed or if already discussed and confirmed by the physiotherapist.

We accept bank transfers and cash for payment methods.
5. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged.

Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at our discretion. Please let us know any genuine reason for cancellations less than 24 hours and we will do our best to reschedule the appointment.
6. Medical Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information about you/your child.

Any changes to your or your child’s health or medication must be communicated before the session.
7. Risks & Safety

Physiotherapy is generally safe but may occasionally cause temporary soreness, fatigue, or discomfort.

The physiotherapist will take all reasonable precautions to minimise any risks to you/your child.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information will be kept confidential in accordance with GDPR.

Records will be stored securely and only shared with other healthcare professionals with your consent, except where required by law.

9. Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency during a session, the physiotherapist will/may call emergency services and provide first aid as appropriate.
10. Complaints

If you have concerns about the service, please contact us in writing so we can address them promptly. We strive to provide the best service for children and are committed to deliver high quality physiotherapy services. All efforts will be made to resolve any concerns.
